For Best Results :
1. Ensure skin (or equipment) is Clean and dry ?
2. Wrap tape tightly, but do not cut off circulation. Do not wrap at maximum stretch.
3. Press and mold tape to skin firmly with opposite hand.
4. Allow tape 2 minutes to bond to skin before warming up
5. Discard after workout. Do not reuse.
