- USER MANUAL TIMER - 

Buttons layout : 

  • ON/OFF (Power): hold down for 3 seconds to turn the timer on/off.
  • +/-: increase/decrease values, adjust brightness. Press and hold the button to quickly increase/decrease the values. 
  • MODE (Function) : allows you to select the 7 timer functions.
  • SET (Brightness) : press and hold for 3 seconds to enter the settings.
  • START / PAUSE : press to turn on/off the timer.
  • RED LIGHT : Indicates the battery charge level.

The setting procedure is similar for all programmable timer settings.

  • Turn on : Hold the POWER button for 3 seconds. The timer will display the clock function.
  • Turn off : Press and hold the POWER button for 3 seconds.
  • Adjust brightness : Press the brightness button in 5 levels.
  • Function : Select the function mode.
  • Reset : Press the START button twice.
  • Start/Stop : Press the START button.
  • Change value : + / - button.
  • Battery status : small red light on top. The light comes on when the timer is charged, goes off when fully charged, and flashes when the battery is low.




There are 7 workout modes on the timer to meet different training needs.




Clock: 12-hour or 24-hour HH:MM time display.

  • Press the MODE button to select the "Clock" mode or press the START button for 3 seconds to turn on the display. The timer displays the clock function each time it is turned on.
  • To change the time, hold the SET button for 3 seconds in the setting mode, the first digit will start flashing. 
  • Set the desired time by pressing the +/- button and the SET button. Each time you press the SET button, you will move to the next digit. 
  • Hold the SET button for 3 seconds to exit and save the settings. The timer will return to the displayed time. 
  • Press the SET button twice to change from 12-hour to 24-hour format.
  • Press the +/- button to adjust the brightness in 4 levels.

Countdown: programmable, maximum countdown of 99:59. Format: DD MM:SS.

  • Press the MODE button to select the " Countdown Down " mode.
  • To set a new countdown time, press and hold the SET button for 3 seconds in the setting mode, the first digit will start flashing. 
  • Set the desired time by pressing the +/- button and the SET button. Each time you press the SET button, you move to the next digit.
  • Press and hold the SET button again for 3 seconds to save the settings.
  • Press the START button to start the new countdown.

CountUp : programmable, maximum countdown to 99:59 : UP MM:SS.

  • Press the MODE button to select the "Countdown Up" mode
  • To set a new countdown time, hold the SET button for 3 seconds in the setting mode, the first digit will start flashing. 
  • Set the desired time by pressing the +/- button and the SET button. Each time you press the SET button, you move to the next digit.
  • Press and hold the SET button again for 3 seconds to save the settings.
  • Press the START button to start the new countdown.

Interval timer (EMOM) : programmable training time, rest time and rounds, up to 99 rounds.

  • Two green digits show the lap, four other digits show the MM:SS format of the training or rest time. The timer beeps once at the end of the workout time and twice at the end of the rest time.
  • Press the MODE button to select the " Interval " mode.
  • Press and hold the SET button for 3 seconds in the setting mode, the first digit starts flashing.
  • Press the SET button a second time to set H1 (effort time). Set the desired value with the +/- button and the SET button. 
  • Press and hold the SET button a third time to set H2 (rest time). Set the desired value with the +/- button and the SET button.
  • Once all settings are set, press and hold the SET button a fourth time to exit the settings. The timer will stop flashing.
  • Press the START button to start the new interval timer.

TABATA: pre-programmed interval timer, 8 rounds of 20 seconds of workout and 10 seconds of rest. 

  • Timer beeps once when workout time stops, twice when rest time stops.
  • Press the MODE button to select the "Tabata" mode.
  • Press the START button to start the timer.
  • Press the START button twice to reset the timer.

Fight Gone Bad Timer : Pre-programmed interval timer, 3 rounds of 5X1 minute workout and 1 minute rest then 1 minute rest.

  • Timer beeps once when each minute of work begins, twice each minute of recovery begins.
  • Press the MODE button to select the FGB mode.
  • Press the START button to start the timer.
  • Press the START button twice to reset the timer.

Stopwatch: count from zero to 99 minutes 59 seconds and 99 hundredths of a second. Format: MM : SS : MS.

  • Press the MODE button to select the "Stopwatch" mode
  • Press the START button to start/stop the timer.
  • Press the START button twice to reset the timer.
