Shipping of your orders
Parcels are generally dispatched within 48 hours after paiement’s reception.
The standard shipping method is tracked letter or Colissimo, depending of the size of the parcel.
On your customer account, by going to the order concerned, you will find the tracking number and the link to follow the shipping progress.
This number is useful :
All parcels are sent "sealed", oversized and protected.
If the package seems to be damaged, you have the right to refuse it to your delivery man and the package will be automatically returned to us.
Not satisfied with your products? They don't suit you? You can change your mind!
- As a private customer, you have 15 days to return the goods to us.
- As a professional customer, you have 1 month to return the goods.
Wodabox undertakes to satisfy you and take back your items within 15 days from the delivery date certified by the carrier/delivery interfaces. We are committed to handling your returns within two weeks.
If the item(s) ordered does not suit you and you change your mind about the size, cut or colour, you can always send it back to us within 15 days (against signature, with proof of shipment) from the moment of delivery.
In case of defect, please write to email@example.com, the brands suppliers will study your needs.
Please note that items in the "HOT DEALS" category are not returnable, exchangeable or refundable.
Compensation is possible :
- Purchase voucher (for the amount of the returned items) :
- valid for one year for private customers
- valid for six months for retailer customers and box partners
- Reimbursement according to the initial way of payment, after application and study
Return parcels are sent against signature and at your expense.
Wodabox declines all responsibility for customer return parcels sent without the "against signature" option.
Thus, without an e-mail from us, parcels that will not be declared as "received" by our services cannot be taken care of.

Click on the "generate a return" button
Fill in the form
Once the form is validated by us, your return request will be notified by the mention "waiting for the package", you will have to :
Prepare the package with the return form (example: return n° 2113) and/or the initial invoice (example: AZERTYU order from Jean-Pierre FRASER) and send to the following addresses:
French parcel, from the LA POSTE/COLISSIMO network is as follows : Wodabox CS 51031 13788 Aubagne Cedex
International parcels, from private carriers (such as TNT, UPS, DHL etc.) outside France, is the following: 400 Avenue du Passe Temps, Triangle de Napollon, 13400 Aubagne
Upon receipt of your package, your return request will be notified by the mention "package received" or "return completed". This confirms that your package has been received and processed.
