Shipping and Returns
Due to the current situation and staff reduction we must adjust our return policies. You are still able to return any unwanted item purchased, However we will prioritize vouchers (available for a year) until further notice. Team Wodabox is doing it’s best to ensure your satisfaction even during this hard time and thanks you for your ongoing support.
Packages are dispatched within 48 hours after receipt of payment.
The standard method of shipment is by tracked letter or Colissimo depending on the size of the package.
We will quickly provide you with a link that will allow you to track the delivery of your package online.
We advise you to group your items in one order.
All packages are oversized and protected.
Returns are accepted but are at your expense. Here is how to make a return request:
1. Go to the order you wish to return.
2. Click on the button "generate a return".
3. Fill in the form.
4. Once validated by us, your return request will be notified by the mention "waiting for the package".
5. Prepare the parcel and add :
- the return waybill and/or the initial invoice.
- a note specifying whether you wish to
- an exchange,
- a credit note,
- a refund (we do not refund gift cards).
Please note that without any indication from you, we will not know how to process your request.
6. Return the package to the following address : WODABOX - 400 AVENUE DU PASSE-TEMPS 13400 AUBAGNE (FRANCE).
7. Upon receipt of your package, our service will contact you to confirm the good reception of your return and let you know that it will be taken care of.
