RPM Training is a reference in the field of Speed Rope. It tries every day to reinvent this oldest and most proven training tool.
WHAT'S RPM TRAINING?
Our mission is to inspire movement by creating quality products and apparel designed to help athletes and adventurers around the world improve their performance and ultimately enjoy the activities they love. While we are supporters (and practitioners) of many training modalities, RPM began with a plan to reinvent one of the oldest and most proven training tools: the skipping rope.
SPEED ROPE RPM TRAINING
Unlike the dumbbell or kettlebell, your skipping rope is very personal and is therefore one of the few fitness products that everyone should own. In order to perform at the highest level, you need a rope that suits your size, technique and training style. After a fitness competition in 2008 motivated us to scour the market for the best skipping rope, we found that there hadn't been any significant development in this area for decades. So we built on our roots in design, engineering and fitness to create the most sophisticated skipping rope the world has ever seen.
RMP TRAINING DNA
After the launch of our first speed rope in 2012, RPM has quickly become the preferred rope for competitors in CrossFit. Since then, between setting world records and creating a new platform for self-expression, we have continued to refine our own design, improving it every step of the way. And whether it's our revolutionary skipping rope or another game-changing product, it will always be the RPM method. Never satisfied. Never finished.
